The User and/or Professional are informed and give their consent for their personal data to be entered into a duly protected file registered with the Data Protection Agency, equipped with the necessary security measures in accordance with the provisions of the Security Measures Regulation.

This file is owned by Oasis Star, S.L., which is the owner and responsible for it. Oasis Star, S.L. guarantees the full and complete fulfillment of the obligations established by Organic Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, as well as those established in Royal Decree 1720/2007, which approves the Security Measures Regulation and other applicable regulations.

Rights of the user/professional and how to exercise them

Oasis Star, S.L. informs Users and/or Professionals that, in accordance with the applicable legislation, they can exercise their rights to:

• Access: request information about personal data included in a file.
• Cancellation: request the deletion of personal data included in a file.
• Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or incorrect personal data included in a file.
• And, where appropriate, opposition to the processing of their personal data.

If you wish, you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition granted by Organic Law 15/99, of December 13, on Personal Data Protection, by sending a letter by any legally accepted means that allows the identity of the person exercising their rights to be known, to the attention of the File Manager, whose address is provided on this website.

The authorization of the User and/or Professional for the processing and transfer of their personal data may be revoked without retroactive effect under the terms established by the aforementioned Law.
